On : 11.13.22.10.0 version, Job Offer Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the Job Offer is redrafted using the action "Redraft Job Offer" or "Rejected by Employer" action from Manage Job Offers area, the start date is changed along with few assignment details, but the pending worker details in HCM are not getting updated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When the Job Offer is redrafted using the action "Redraft Job Offer" or "Rejected by Employer" action from Manage Job Offers area, the start date is changed along with few assignment details and the pending worker details in HCM should be updated.
