The ‘Interval Adjustment from Scalar’ VEE rule is configured to Restrict by Condition. The Bottom Range Condition Value is configured as ‘299001’ and Top Range Condition Value is configured as ‘299999’. When an interval with condition code ‘290812’ is submitted, the interval is picked up for
estimation despite the condition value being less than bottom range ‘299001’ value. Also, this interval is estimated with incorrect value.
