Goal
The user has a role base approval approach for purchase requisition approval.
In this approach approval goes to users with a particular role.
There could be multiple users with that role, so there could be a scenario where the approval goes to multiple users.
When it comes to escalation, the escalation happens only to one of the users and this user is chosen alphabetically.
