Tax Review Document Search Ignores Search Criteria (Doc ID 2922618.1)

  Tax Review Document Search screen does not return expected data when searching by document
  You expect only the document listed in the search criteria to be returned

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
  1. inject an in invoice with a tax discrepancy (say, vat item is 20 in MFCS and 0 in invoice)
  2. run the automatch and post automatch batch
  3. go to Tax Review Document Search screen and search (not filtering provided); notice the invoice is there
  4. try and narrow the search down by providing a different doc id. Notice the search results are the same as before, i.e. the search is ignoring the provided search criteria.
  5. additionally, notice that in the search results you can’t see the document id; we should be able to show this info without having to enter each individual discrepancy.
