Group Names are Not Displaying Correctly in UDR When Using Auto-Email as Attachment. (Doc ID 2922634.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The group name is not displaying correctly when going into a UDR and using auto-email as attachment to users and groups.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Group name should be showing when using auto-email as attachment to users and groups.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into production environment.
  2. Navigate to the Shell.
  3. Select User-Defined.
  4. Select Reports and highlight the report name.
  5. Go to Schedule.
  6. Go to User and group picker.
  7. Add the group name.
  8. Click Done.
  9. Click Save.
  10. Schedule shows unique identifier instead of the group name.
