Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.10.0 version, Inventory

Error when attempting to create a inventory transaction after 22D Upgrade the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
Error Code: INV_SERIAL_NUMBER_MARKED
Error Explanation: You can't transact serial number XXXXX because it's marked by another transaction.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create high level reservation for user defined demand mapping to SO thru  Reservations REST. 
2. Create serial reservations against previously created reservation thru  Reservations REST 
3. Delete serial reservations thru Reservations REST - this had the problem of  not clearing group mark id 
4. Miscellaneous Issue of serials thru TM REST -  above error will be displayed
