Symptoms

While setting the Primary Language as "Chinese (Taiwan) (zh-tw) in Globalization parameters and trying to create a Date Picker Item in application,

users see a behavior of the first row of the date picker as demonstrated in the picture, the place where the day of the week is displayed in Chinese is wrong.

** The issue is appearing only when the Theme Style is set to "Redwood -Light" and remaining themes the same will work with out issues.
