Symptoms

The Test pod was recently updated from Production pod (P2T).  Test FAW instance requires a data refresh and re-activation of work areas.

Test FAW instance is still displaying the banner:

The process was started 6 days ago.  Previously this only took 2 to 3 days to complete.
