Symptoms

RPAS_DAILY_END_JOB is in 'Waiting' state with an error as follows:

UPDATE_JOB_STATUS package failed with : PACKAGE_ERRORORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too smallNOTIFICATION_SQL.CREATE_NOTIFICATION-6502

The job is not enabled as part of the nightly batch run and could not be skipped.
