Goal

User is Unable to find Receipts in Procurement > My Receipts > Manage Receipts

Created  receipts for 3 way POs from a third party system. These are EXPENSE receipts only. But, user is not able to query the receipts in Procurement > My Receipts > Manage Receipts.

What can we provide to the end users to see these receipts? Right now we need to query the PO and navigate through the lifecycle to see the receipts which is not optimal.
