Fusion Global HR: Unable to Correct Dependent Person's Birthdate (Doc ID 2923027.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to update a dependent's Date of Birth (DOB), the following error occurs

ERROR
-----------------------
The date of birth is later than the start date of the person record. (PER-1530408)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Go to My Client Groups
  2. Choose Family and Emergency Contacts Quick Action
  3. Search for the person whose Dependent's Date of Birth (DOB) needs to be updated
  4. Update the Contact’s Date of Birth (DOB), then click OK
  5. Receive the error
