Symptoms

When attempting to click on Ignore Participant in approval setup and save,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 74, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_as19_01, Application Name: ORA_HCM_UIAPP.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Transaction Console > Approval rule set up > click Ignore Participant checkbox > save > error
