REIM Posting Job is Not Able to Connect to The Account (Doc ID 2923150.1)

Symptoms

REIM Posting Job is not able to connect to the Account.

It cannot retrieve the token yet to connect to the webservice.

Steps To Recreate:

The IM_SYSTEM_OPTIONS and PRODUCT_CONFIG_OPTIONS have the correct values , but reim posting job is still getting the error below:

IM_SYSTEM_OPTIONS.WS_FIN_ACC_VALID_URL == GL RFI URL

PRODUCT_CONFIG_OPTIONS.FINANCIAL_AP=A
