Symptoms

OKE Cluster issue:

Traefik ingress controller using yaml file.  

Command execution (yaml file deployment) shows it is created but EXTERNAL-IP is not getting assigned and always it is in <PENDING> state.

No specific logs for this issue  and don't see any request is coming OCI console (No workrequests).
