WAREHOUSE ITEM Initial Data Load Performance Issue (Doc ID 2923209.1)

Symptoms

In SIOCS, Initial data load (standalone deployment) has performance issues for foundation data when WAREHOUSE_ITEM entity is executed with all files from same group are loaded to object storage.

Example:
No of files:474
No of zipped files:6
No of records :25388179
Size of each zipped file (in avg):17MB

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to SIOCS web client
2. Load files in Data storage.
3. Run batch to loaded foundation data
4. Observe it is taking long time to process.
