How to Set All <Segment> Values to Each Segments Field under Search Section in Inquire on Detail Balances (Doc ID 2923212.1)

Users do NOT want to select "All <Segment> Values" from LOV of each segments every time they search. How to set All <Segment> Values by default?

Step to Reproduce
1. Go to General Accounting > Period Close > [Tasks] icon on the right side > Inquire on Detail Balances

2. Open Inquire on Detail Balances

3. Select All <Segment> Values to each segments field under Search section

(e.g.)
Company : All Company Values
Department : All Department Values
Account : All Account Values
.....
