INT 290 getting WSC:SOAP_FAULT errors. Please check the description for all the details

Facing the below error when we are calling services,

WSC:SOAP_FAULT: Invalid item - 48
WSC:SOAP_FAULT: Duplicate transaction level items exist for Customer order no - 7
WSC:SOAP_FAULT: Failed to assert identity with UsernameToken - 1
WSC:SOAP_FAULT : The item is not supplied by the supplier of this order - 1
