Local Currency Cost of Newly Created Assets for TAX Book Are Not the Same Cost Loaded From the FBDI Template

Symptoms
Tax Book is linked to a secondary Ledger. Assets are create for this Tax book using the FBDI template.
The Cost for the asset in the Asset Inquiry UI, is not the same cost populated on the Reporting Currency Cost field of the FA_MC_MASS_RATES worksheet.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload asset for tax book in EUR currency, via FBDI template
