Fusion Global HR: A Link Added to the Notes Tab in Journey Setup does not Save (Doc ID 2923375.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When creating a link on the Notes tab on a journey, after saving and reentering the configuration, all the setup is missing.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the link configuration settings to remain.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Choose an existing journey and navigate to the task tab
Create a new task with task type manual
Open the task and go to the Notes tab
Click the Link button and add the Link on the first tab
Choose the target tab and fill out details
Click Ok button
And after you do that you can click on the link button again and there will be Target and save
Click on the link button and go to the Target tab and all the configuration is missing
