Symptoms
Self Service Requisition page load is much slower as compared to 22D and and throwing error, if user has access to large number of public shopping lists and/or large number of public shopping list lines.
Steps:
Have multiple users who have Public Shopping list access perform the following steps
- Login to Oracle Fusion Application
- Go to Home > Navigate to Procurement
- Navigate to Purchase Requisitions
- If the page load is much slower than what it was in 22D and throwing error.
Error:
A connection to the server has failed. (status=504)
