Symptoms

The shared folders/file shares on the Drive connected by iSCSI disappears when the OS is started.

Meaning, in an environment where a shared folder is created on the D drive of Windows Server, an event occurs where the shared folder disappears when the OS is re-started.
A shared folder is also created on the C drive, but the event does not reproduce in the shared folder on the C drive.
Also, the event does not always occur when the OS is started, but rarely occurs.
