Error On Management agent : UnsupportedFeatureError: Runtime reflection is not supported for public java.lang.String (Doc ID 2923499.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to monitor the agent through the Log analytics the following error was plotted:

・2022-12-22 00:00:00,002 [SysExecutor.0 (collectTask)-47] ERROR - Critical error:
      com.xxxx.xxx.core.jdk.UnsupportedFeatureError: Runtime reflection is not supported for public java.lang.String oracle.polaris.core.tmmain.metrics.upload.PluginStat.getPluginId()

・2022-12-22 00:00:00,004 [SysExecutor.0 (collectTask)-47] ERROR - collectTask
