Goal

How to trigger Approval for Add Pending Worker Only And Not Edit Pending Worker?

Right now the Approval Rule for Add Pending Worker workflow is routing for Transactions when Add a Pending Worker or Edit a Pending Worker actions are used.
How to add a condition to only route the approval when the Transaction is Add Pending Worker and if it's Edit Pending Worker, it should be self auto approve?
