OCI Database Management Service : Generate Active Session History Report Throws - Internal Error

Symptoms
In a PDB Database Home Page, While trying to generate the AWR, Performance Hub Reports from Performance Hub --> Reports page. The Report generated works without issues.
But for the “Generate Active Session History Report”, the download button is greyed out as shown below:
Clicking on Cancel, closes the window. But throws the following exception:
QueryExecutionFailed: IO Error: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection query key: <Query Key> request Id: <Request ID> error code: dbmAwrSqlExecErr
Captured the HAR file during this operation. Following exception is seen:
