DBCS backup failing with the below error

DCS-10133:Unable to find status of CDBPROD_XXXX database via srvctl command

Below srvctl commands are working fine as root user

srvctl config database -d $ORACLE_UNQNAME
srvctl status database -d $ORACLE_UNQNAME -v
srvctl getenv database -d $ORACLE_UNQNAME
