Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.10.0 version, Global Human Resources

When attempting to start the Contextual Journey with the Context My Client Goups and the Action Local and Global Transfer,
the following error occurs:

ERROR

oracle.jbo.JboException: java.lang.NullPointerException

also
oracle.jbo.JboException: oracle.jbo.RowValException: JBO-27024: Failed to validate a row with key oracle.jbo.Key[300000078900185 ] in AllocateChecklistTaskVO



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Local and Global Transfer
2. Select and enter an employee
3. Select the journey under Select a new journey
3. Click on Start This Journey
