Symptoms
Self Service Procurement Configuration
Unable to clear report:
Procurement > Catalogs > Public Shopping Lists with Unavailable Agreements
Report shows 5 records
These records are associated to expired agreement lines
but
Catalog Administrator is unable to find this item/agreement association in Edit Public Lists. Not all items/lines are being displayed
Requester is also unable to see all items/lines in Procurement > Purchase Requisitions > Shopping List. Not all items/lines are being displayed.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Be able to find item in Edit Public Lists / Shopping Lists
Procurement > Catalogs > Public Shopping Lists with Unavailable Agreements
count.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Procurement > Catalogs > Public Shopping Lists with Unavailable Agreements
items listed
2. Attempt to clear the list
Go to Procurement > Catalog > Edit Public Lists
> not all items are listed
3. Go to Procurement > Purchase Requests > Shopping Lists
> not all items are listed
