ReSA - Rejected RTLOG not in EXPORT FTP folder

During testing the customer loaded an old RTLOG file for a non-existent Store-Day to validate the process, and the _Rej file was not written to /<CUSTOMER>/EXPORT folder.

In JOB_AUDIT_LOG they can see the expected message:

saimptlogi_1~20230110150058~procRTLFHead~~103~RET-0103: generic function processing error~DATAUNEXPECTEDSTOREDAY on FHEAD record at line 0000000001 in /u01/retail/rms/data/in/RTLOG_354_20221122_20221122163940_1.DAT.1 - Data is not expected for this store day. - Invalid store or business date. Check the store, company close, company close exception and store close information.

Assuming the below scenario, what would be the approach to recover these sales?

1) Store-Days closed in MFCS Location Closing table
2) When the day arrives, the Store-Days are not open by ReSA sacrtdly job as expected
3) Even though the Store was expected to be closed, it traded, therefore all RTLOGs were rejected
4) User must create the Store-Day manually using ReSA frontend functionality
5) RTLOGs must be pooled again --> Customer uses Xstore, is there a way to re-create the RTLOGs?
