Symptoms
Within 'XOCS / System Manager / Broadcaster Management' if you produce an 'Oracle Retail Sales Audit, REST Service' broadcaster and then go to 'Edit / Customize' and 'Preview' a transaction. If the item is linked to a Zero VAT rate, the details for that rate under 'IGTAX', are omitted.
This would also be absent in the message sent by the broadcaster itself.
