PRC: PO: CPAs Showing Change Order Is Pending Even Though The Changes Have Already Been Implemented (Doc ID 2924430.1)

Symptoms

When the users try to mass update some flags on Contract Purchase Agreements (CPA), they receive an error message:

'You can't perform this action because a pending change order exists.'

 

Changes

 This means there are existing agreement change orders which were not processed.  They are visible in the Overview tab on the Manage Agreement page at the agreement level.
