On : 11.13.22.10.0 version, Global Human Resources

When attempting to run extract, the following error occurs:

You can't run an extract marked as a full extract in incremental or changes only mode.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. run extract marked as full extract in changes-only mode
2. extract fails
