Dispute Confirmation Popup Doesn't Appear On Clicking Submit Button After Entering Dispute Details On AR Transaction (Doc ID 2924472.1)

Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User is trying to create Dispute on AR Transaction.

After entering the Dispute Details when user is clicking on Submit Button, Message Box displaying "Dispute No xxx has been submitted" does not pop up and the application returns to AR Transaction screen

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should be able to create the Dispute Request Successfully

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Receivables>Billing>Manage Transactions
2. Search a transaction>Actions>Submit a Dispute
3. Enter dispute details and click on Submit
4. No Confirmation pop up appears for submission of Dispute

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot implement Credit Memo Approval from Disputes
