Oracle Fusion Learning Management Cloud Service - Version 11.13.22.10.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

An external content provider was set up, but we have been importing our library each day and only 500 courses are processed at a time, even if we select more than that.

Steps to reproduce:

1. As a learning specialist, from the My Client Groups work area, click Learning, and then Catalog Resources: Import External Content.
2. On the Import External Content page, select the Provider.
3. Enter other search criteria as appropriate and click Search.
4. Select over 500 courses by either clicking a row, and then click Ctrl + A to select all content, or by clicking a row, holding shift and scrolling down.
5. Optionally, export these to Excel to maintain a record of the number of courses to be imported.
6. Click the Import button. When the warning pops up, click Yes.
7. Note that the process is submitted, and click OK.
8. After the process completes, use the same search criteria and export as before. Note that only 500 courses have been processed.

Changes
