Why am not not able to add inventory items to the resource's pool using OFS Core Application? (Doc ID 2924580.1)

Goal

 I added the Inventory tab with Read-write visibility to Configuration > User Type > Screen Configuration > Application screens > Resource/User info context but when I go to Resources > Inventory screen I don't have the option to add inventory items to the resources. I am able to manage the other tabs I added to Resource/User info screen but I am not able to manage the Inventory screen.
