Symptoms
When using the Process Requisitions task to create a new Negotiation, an error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Procurement > Purchase Orders
2. Process Requisitions > Add Requisition to Document Builder
3. Change Type = New Negotiation > Error occurs
