Symptoms
ReSA Refunds show total transaction value of zero regardless of tender value.
Refunds sent to ReSA display a total value on the header of zero despite having a tender different than zero.
This is not coherent with ORDINT transactions (where also no items are present) being misleading to users
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create refund transaction of customer order in ReSA containing a tender (negative value)
2. Notice that the header shows value of zero
