What will be the message content if I manually resend a message in OFS? (Doc ID 2924716.1)

Goal

 One of the Outbound API messages to our external system was marked as failed. After that, we changed the value of a property that needs to be sent to our external system. If I click the Resend button I see when I click on the failed message in the Messages Report, will the original content be sent again or the new content (with the new value)?.
