Procurement Agent REST API
Unable to create Procurement Agent record using Visual Builder.
Sometimes Create action returns na error:

The value of the attribute AgentEmail isn't valid. (PO-2055145) (PO:::PO_POWS_INVALID_ATTR_VALUE)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a VBCS Spreadsheet
2. Attempt to create a Procurement Agent record
3. See error:
The value of the attribute AgentEmail isn't valid. (PO-2055145) (PO:::PO_POWS_INVALID_ATTR_VALUE)
Same e-mail works successfully via UI
