OCI Domain Name System (DNS) - DNS Domain Name Not Resolving Private Zone (Doc ID 2924855.1)

Symptoms

When DNS name is not resolving if public domain DNS records cannot resolve "host.example.com" showing OCI DNS that it owns "example.com"; then there is need to create "host.example.com" in the private zone as well.

Changes

 Recommended either to add all names from public domain which needs to be resolve from within OCI to private zone or not to use the same zone as private and public until there is setup designed and implement around using a split horizon DNS solution.
