Goal

How to customize the message that the Approvers get in the Interim phase of a Change Order. Need to make sure certain conditions are met and then get approved.

1. Can users customize notifications by status?

2. Is it possible to add a hard-coded text to the notification?

3. Can the text be taken from a profile value and not hard coded?

4. Can the text be specific to an approval group and not generic for all groups?

5. Is it possible to add a URL (to the knowledge base portal for example)?

6. Can the URL be team specific (so user can point each team to it's right section in the documentation)?
