Symptoms

A REST API integration is configured to send a "Get BP Record With Attachments" call to the Unifier integration server. The business process (BP) has a forward slash "/" in the BP Name, example:  "BP / Name".

"Server Error, contact the system administrator referencing this error code: <Diagnostic Code>"", ""/tmp/unifierws-X/<filename.ext>(No such file or directory)"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Use a Rest API "Get BP Record With Attachments" call to retrieve a BP record information with the record attachment.
  2. The error noted above is displayed with in the REST client.
