Using an XER Standalone export file from P6 Professional (v18.8.0) fails to Import into Primavera Cloud (OPC).

ERROR

Unable to Complete P6 Project Import, and Notification message :

Successful and complete import into Primavera Cloud (OPC) with any P6 Professional XER export file.
