Goal

On : 11.13.22.10.0 version, Help Desk

Customer would like to know why Helpdesk infolets are in the Dashboard link on Nextgen Helpdesk landing page. In Classic UI, they used to be on Home page.

Also can they be moved to home page/is it possible to provide direct link to Dashboard page for users to access?
