Navigator > Compensation Plans > Manage Performance Measure > Edit > Scorecard
The Rate Table's name is display differently.
  1) With English language, it shows "EXA_CW2396624 ..."
  2) With Portuguese language, it shows "GOLD360_CW2335078... "
