How to validate Data as Administrator.

For example: FAW Security table are not accessible anymore:

OAX$SECURITY.SEC_SECURE_BY_OBJ_MEMBER_USER table is not even accessible and restricted by ADMIN user now but were accessible earlier. Need to check what has changed in FAW .
