On : 11.13.22.10.0 version, Data Load
When attempting to load a Worker HDL file to add Person Extra Information/PEI or other Extensible Flexfield or EFF details for an existing employee, the following error occurs.

The key resolution hint {KEY_HINT} in the METADATA line for the {BO_NAME} business object is invalid
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to load a Worker HDL file with intent to add PEI or other EFF details for an existing employee
2. Encounter the error messages above for the Import Phase
