Goal

 "Provide Feedback" does not work due to the error in the value list "Whom is the feedback for?"

The error occurs with any role, both standard and custom. We are able to search for employees in the value list, but whichever employee we select, the error appears and the transaction cannot go through.

Me > Show more > Career and Performance > Provide Feedback

java.lang.NullPonterException error appears when user is selecting a worker in LOV.
The same error happens for all users and is not specific to a single user
Navigation used:
Using the path Me > Show more > Career and Performance > Provide Feedback search for a person appear the error java.lang.NullPonterException
