The Customer only has locations in Canada, therefore only Local Currency exists - when this happens, the Currency drop down should only display "Local" and not both "Local" and "Primary". When a "Local Location" is selected having "Primary Currency" selected, it should still download the location related records since Primary = Local.

This may cause confusion to the users that will be using this functionality.
