Symptoms
When attempting to update "ActivityAttemptNote" using LearningRecordActivityAttempt.dat HDL file, the following error occurs.

2. Import and Load Data
3. Upload "LearningRecordActivityAttempt.dat" file to change the "ActivityAttemptNote" using the current value for "ActivityAttemptStatus" (no change for the status).
4. Load ends in error
