Symptoms

When attempting to perform a Termination transaction,
the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform a Termination transaction
2. Check Termination transaction details in Transaction Console
3. Transaction is failing with below error
